Let me begin with my irresponsibility (hot mess) receiving numerous letters of actions on property liens and other possibilities. With Tax Help MD letter it was not menacing. Once I spoke to Russel not only was he totally honest with me, he was re-assuring and he got the ball rolling. All I had to do is tell him yes or no.
